I'm presumably just ranting at this point.

I hadn't dreamt about my ex fiancé in quite some time, I was quite happy about this.

All of a sudden, this past week, he's been in my dreams almost every night. I don't like this, it's uncomfortable.

There is likely some unfinished emotional business yet remaining concerning the ex, so he'll make an appearance every so often like this until you and your subconscious work it out.
