So I've been having baby dreams the last few nights, each one completely different from the previous. Well last night I dreamt that I was giving birth to a baby. I was in a hospital that I'd never seen before but looked really familiar. DeepFreeze wasn't there for some odd reason and I remember crying hysterically. The nurses were comforting me and telling me that he'd be there as soon as he could. But I guess I was completely dialated and they told me I had to push. So I pushed and couldn't feel anything. I didn't scream, just pushed the baby out. They pulled it out and congratulated me that it was a boy. It cried for a second and then completely stopped. They cleaned him up and brought him to me, I had no they were bringing me a 2 month old LOL he was huge, had to of weighed atleast 10 pounds and had the clearest blue eyes, bluer than DeepFreeze's. I remember the nurses putting him in the hospital bassinet thing and taking us to a different room.

There was a sheet for a door and there was another woman in the room right across from mine screaming and yelling. She had what looked like her entire family there with her and was completely intoxicated. Her words were hardly understandable and she kept saying she took Tylenol to stop the pain. I overheard her saying that a big gush of water came out 2 days before and she kept taking Tylenol to stop the pain. The doctor came back in her room and they told her she had to push and after 2 pushes they pulled out a dead baby. The woman's family all started getting upset and yelling and the drunk woman nonchalantly kept saying okay. I remember looking down at my huge 10 pounder and he smiled at me. My family(who live 12 hours away) all came in and my mom kept saying she couldn't believe I was a mom.

It was the weirdest dream but it also felt like the drunk woman was my shadow self. I was a very heavy drinker, complete functioning alcoholic. Drank whenever I could until I met DeepFreeze. He saved me from killing myself. Although the other woman didn't look like me it felt like she was me, symbolizing my old self.

What in the heck does any of this mean?

Hello Barbiegirl

You are absolutely right, the other woman is a reflection of you old self, your old method of operation.

The dream suggests there is something new coming into your life - an attitude, life condition, something - and you do not need to depend upon DeepFreeze to realize it, to bring it about. He may be there for you, but the dream suggests that you shouldn't feel dependency on him. You can move forward without his energy and without slipping back into old patterns. You have gained much strength and the time may be nearing when you will need to test it.

How do you feel about this?

Nice to run into you again Ra

It was the weirdest dream but I'm proud of myself for piecing it together. All that you said makes sooo much sense, especially with him not even being in the dream yet I kept mentioning him. A lot of what you said really hit home. I've pretty much been independent my entire life and never depended on anyone. With him, I've never felt this way about anyone before and don't mind him working and me being home. Maybe it's something with that? Or my drinking habits? I gave that up months ago and really am done with it. Whatever it is I'm ready for it.

Thank you so much. You always give the best interpretations.
