I hope it was no vision either. It could signify the collapse of some social order, restructuring of society/ the community / a large group of people. You may or may not be a part of it, as you apparently see it from the outside. It is a disaster, and may demonstrate your sentiments for the state of affairs in the society you're part of.

a fire broke out in a flat in london. i hope it wasnt a dream i had, even tho the building collapsed but there were people inside it. i feel so heart broken when i read about the fire in london. poor people

If this was a vision... you are precognitive.

A fire in a tower building like that is catastrophic for people to see.

Sympathies to London (you've been through sooo much lately!!), and to building's residents.

Not the kind of sight that makes people feel safe.

Make sure that YOUR home is up-to-code, and that you have a Fire Plan in place for yourself, your neighbors. Make sure any family will know how or where to get in touch with you to make sure you're safe.
