Peckman has organized an initiative drive to require the city of Denver to create an Extraterrestrial Affairs Commission to handle alien encounters, saying that the government has not disclosed all it knows about the existence of life beyond Earth.

Members of the media gathered on May 30th for a press conference where Jeff Peckman revealed the video for the item to make it onto the November ballot.

During the press conference, Peckman frequently referenced the initiative. A petition drive is currently underway. Peckman needs 4,000 signatures.

From everything I've read thus far in newspapers, reports and all about the internet it seems he will indeed get his wish to have this actually make the ballot.

This will put it into the peoples hands to decide whether or not money should be allocated towards this project. It seems Denver is breaking ground for this sensitive topic to be finally discussed openly.

There is life certainly out there amongst the stars. And we must be glad that the earth is still a very special place. On the threshold.

Did you see how spooky that creature looked? They may be technologically advanced to travel the distance of stars. But how ugly they have become?
Hope earthlings don't become like them. Scientists says mans head will become bigger and bigger and body will reduce in size.

And this Reminds me of what Buddha said in one of his sutras - its posted somewhere in the universal forum. Scary.

All that has been released of the actual video taping you are referring to is one still photo Mannu. The tape itself, is in the hands of scientists unable to yet to debunk it.

Regardless, this taped incident was just a tiny little portion of supposed evidence presented at the conference indicating a need for civilians to be educated openly and have a resource center of sorts in which to turn to for information and support with their own "experiences".

It will be interesting to see what becomes of this once in the voters hands...

It was also interesting to learn that since as early as the 50's it has been a standard chapter or section in military manuals to learn and prepare for extra-terrestrials and has since been added to firefighters and police manuals across this nation.

And forgetting what those knowledgable idiots says my own feeling is that Man cannot evolve further. Its possible that I am being too personal when I say that. But then when I look at lets say Angelina or Aishwarya Rai I say the cosmic "intelligence" can't be any more better than this in this reality. It is perfect already. [reminds me of a Sufi story. please bear the inaccuraies. When a man that had a humpback questioned a Sufi saint who too believed everything is perfect. The saint replied "I have never seen a perfect humpback before".]

Anyhow I think a Man has only two choices.

Choice 1: remain a man life after life or
2: take a jump in to your new form. No its not going to be Superman/Uberman. Because a Superman is still a man

Many of us have waited too long and too many lives with choice 1. Isn't it time to take a quantum dive?

And this is what I meant when I used to say I believe in being a rebel? Say no to church , to scriptures, to politicians especially democrats(or any collective that gives you a false feeling of oneness) , to proverbial God... these things don't help you take that quantum jump that must be made alone.
