From all of this I get that there has been an experience in your life, the memory of which is buried deep down somewhere (even perhaps in your childhood or something), at any rate you have no access to it, it's not exactly on the surface. You may not be immediately aware of it or not consider this to be an experience that is still affecting you.

This experience involved a feeling of lacking something, being left out, abandoned etc., perhaps kind of existing on the other side of life and joy. It could be exerting a paralysing/weakening influence on you.

The advice is to identify this experience, acknowledge it and release it obviously. I can totally see you being able to do this.

My problem is all around a feeling of being powerless and stuck (solar plexus problems).It's what is holding me back.I meditate,I do the exercises for that chakra,I use essencial oils,I exercise but yet I feel the block.Andie helped so much when she told me about this chakra but I didn't heal yet.

I wanted to give a closure to that story but the problem is that I don't remember exactly what happened.I have no idea which situation could involve 5 of pentacles and the world.
