Hello all....I have been experiencing something very strange since I have been visiting this website.I been meditating every night when I go to bed, saying "Hello", to what ever I may come across ( I am surounding myself in white light first to keep me safe = ) ) In the last 2 days the top of my head will start to tingle for a short time, seemingly randomly. And every once in a while my entire head, face and the tops of my shoulders will....any thoughts? With prayers and love Radna IP: Logged |

Hi Radna, Yes I do have an idea of what this might be. I experienced a similar sensation while practicing kundalini yoga. Sadly, I have fallen out of practice because I have shifted my energies to work related/material matters and have not made enough time for "quietness",so to speak. But what you are experiencing is a very good thing, as it points to the proper alignment of your chakras. Reading your post has inspired me to pick up where I left off. It is so important to not let life get in the way of further spritual development. I am not fully capable of explaining your sensations, by the way, but as I said, what you are experiencing testifies to the fact that your energies are being focused in the right direction. My yoga teacher did tell me (and her other students) that this sensation corresponds with the awakening of the third eye. IP: Logged |

I have the same exact problem quicksilver, meditation and yoga require a lot of patience and time, and it's very hard to practice everday when you have work and material matters getting in your way. Thank you for reminding me of my own spiritual development.-StarLover IP: Logged |
