I am sure everyone remembers the event.I am wondering, what figure did Jesus drew on the ground when people asked him the question. He drew a figure and meditated on it and thought for a while and made the now famous statement. He kept his eyes closed when he made the statement (I think) and one after another left. What was the picture about? I read somewhere he brought a soul in to that figure? Whose soul?
In his matrix (or rather Karmic system) what was the role of that soul? I certainly don't believe he was counting the sins of the crowd gathered.

You know, iAmThat, I've wondered the same thing myself from time to time, but, to be honest, I haven't given it alot of thought.I'm sure Meili will be able to shed some clear light on the matter for us if our minds are open to his message. Not to mess up the feel of this nice thread, but as I was reading your first post here, iAmThat, one of the images from the movie "Hero" popped into my head. I don't know if you've seen it, but there is also a scene there where a man is drawing in the sand. Well, technically, he's doing calligraphy. Anyway, the word/symbol he wrote is quite beautiful and very deep, even, and especially, because of it's simplicity. I'm not sure if Jesus was well-versed in Chinese calligraphy during his travels, but I can't help that I made the connection. Since Jesus kept his eyes closed, I am leaning towards the idea that he was in a deeper meditation than his usual waking wakefulness. Perhaps it was a symbol that was unique to the moment and to him, serving as a mandala to keep his concentration and also helping to give his vision material structure and "reality" since he was dealing with humans who, at least at that moment, were vibrating to the low frequencies of anger, prejudice, intolerance, and murderous thoughts. Okay, sorry for the long ramble. ------------------ "You must be the change you wish to see in the world." - Ghandi
