From my understanding in the Lakota traditions they talk about people living under water. When spirits come out of the water to collect herbs and medicines they come in the form of a bigfoot. That's why no one can find them in the woods, cause they're always in the water. It's not fur they see, it's grass or moss. They don't come to bother or scare people, they come to collect the things they need and take it back under water. It's Unktegila or Unktehi the water spirits. All things on Earth are a living and breathing being, trees, grass, and rocks (etc.). Understand and be humble about your surroundings. After givings thanks or a prayer we say pilamaya (thank you) and mitakuye oyasin (all my relatives) Like saying amen. it's kind of hard to put english dialect or alphabet in our language... we only use pictures and hand signs. Bigfoot is not a body form or monkey, it's like an entity.------------------ Eagleman, The dreams in which i'm dying are the best I ever had. IP: Logged |

That remind me of a film I saw, "The Lady In the Water".If we could open our minds to the possibility (=reality) of other dimensions, we could see so much more...... IP: Logged |
