Why is this life, this human embodiment/ incarnation.......so difficult?

What's it all for?

Are we all- do we feel, essentially- alone in this world?

it is difficult until we take responsibility for our own personal change. the change of attitude, action, re-action and thought.

we do not have control over forces outside of us. we have control of what is within. when the hardships occur we can fold and say i am done or we can step up to this life and get through. someitmes it is muddle through, sometimes it is a breeze; whatever type of experience it is, KNOW that you can get through this.

my heart, my be-ing, my soul, my spirit aches. there are times i cry, i scream yet it is up to me and no one or anyhing else to get me to the other side of this pain.

feel the pain and the sorrow. let it be. it will go away. i know time is a made up concept but give it time, work on yours-elf, trust you, have faith where there is no more faith left to feel.

i want to give up some days. i have two young kids so it is not about me only. i am more than the pain and heart ache. that is a portion of me that is there for growth. maybe you, too.

ltt- breathe and breathe alot, breathe deep. scream, cry, laugh, and most of lOve. lOve. lOve.

i am with you, i get it!!! this, too, will pass. i promise but only if you allow it.

mnay, many blessings

This life is not merely what it seems to be. Hidden from our eyes by the
cloak of materiality is a wonderful world which only the eyes of the dreamer can see and the soul of the mystic comprehend. The stony walls of conventionalized thought and commercialized ideals shut from view life’s noble path. But as the ages pass, some see the greatness of the Divine Plan and comprehend the glorious destiny of the human soul. Sorrow, suffering, and loneliness are the great builders of character. Man never becomes truly great until his heart is broken. That is the supreme test. Those who are deepened and broadened by their experiences rise triumphant from the ruins of their dreams and pass on to fuller destiny.
Every individual who comes into the world is a Lonely one—a stranger in a strange land. At birth he begins a search which continues until he is laid away in death—and probably afterwards. Few can define the objects they seek. If only they realized one thing, the quest would be ended—each searches for himself.

Manly P. Hall, The Way of the Lonely Ones

ps. I love feeling lonely cos if we didnt have that we wouldn't appreciate good company and we wouldnt feel like searching for our connection

love and light and awareness to all - my heart is broken about all the stuff going on this planet (44 BILLION animals slaughtered per year for "food")- im still confused that its all supposedly an illusion and yet it is all still happening - another paradox - the answer I think is something our intellect cannot reason

We can choose to either laugh or cry - the choice is ours

Don't feel dejected. I am no politician to give you false hopes. But will say this - you must be glad you made it as a human. The trees, the birds , the animals and the stones are also equal to human beings. They are sleeping now and and don't even know that they are waiting for liberation

Remember how Francis used to talk to birds and animals. Hate to attach the catholic title St. to him.

the mind is prone to slipping downwards in negative spiral - we have to fight it upwards

i was on my way to work this morning and there was a massive roadblock on finchley road and i had to walk a 25 min detour to the tube - i was thinking what a pain i'm gonna be late - again - and all this hassle blah blah

and now i have found out a 10 yr old girl has been hit by a truck and is in ICU - and they dont think shes gonna make it - felt so gutted
