Topic: Going to be away for a little while

I am moving into another property on Friday and as the phone line is inactive there, it is going to cost a lot of money to get reconnected to the internet. I will aim to be back online at some time in August if I can afford it, but will pop into the library if I get some time to do so (school holidays after this week too, so will be busier!).I have been getting out of the house more lately, going to as many classes and workshops, etc, which are of interest, that I can find. So it seems that things are getting better/ easier for me, for all those of you who know of some of the difficulties I've shared. I'm also going on a camping trip to the Isle Of White at the end of this month, which some people are going to who I met up with after a talk I went to recently. That should be fun!  Anyway, I had better log off the computer for now, I feel so tired from packing, etc, plus my little one had a vigilant night last night, lol, which he has once in a while. I went to my eldest son's school play this morning, his last play in pre-school before he starts proper school. He and the other children were so adorable, it was overwhelming and I really had to fight back the tears of emotion, silly me!  Anyway, I'll stop by for a bit again soon, before I move. LTT!!Oh, luv! You sound so happy! Good luck with absolutely everything! I had a fab time on the Isle of White a few years back. We had heard that it was only 7 miles (whatever that means to you in kilometers) across, so we figured we would hoof it the whole way... turns out, it's quite full of hills and steep inclines.. but it was beautiful, and the Osborne House was truly a spectacle. Being a history buff, who LOVES antiques, it was a pretty amazing place to visit, and actually get so close to the things that once belonged to Queen Victoria. Hi! I'm using the laptop at my mother's house tonight. It's a pain not having internet access at home, but I need to wait a while to get on top of my finances a bit. The move went ok and the house I'm living in is fine (apart from no internet!).  I do look forward to being able to have regular internet access again. It is so much easier to find other people who have a similar wavelength. I went clubbing last night, but to be honest I didn't enjoy it that much. I think that most of the interesting people in the world must hide at home instead! And all the music they play in those places nowadays is  IP: Logged |
