The other day she told me there were 2 negative energies that came about and blew out the candles. Now the candles won't light and she wants me to do something else with colors (more $).

Is this possible with the candles getting blown out? What would this mean. I don't want to be 'taken' for more money.

Could someone please help.

She has been correct (as far as I know) but then I'm not totally sure with some of the answers that she has gotten fm her meditation. She only started early last week with the meditating for me and we talk over the phone.

Now she wants me to come to her office so we can talk in person, because she can't talk about what she found out over the phone.

I don't know. I'm a little lost.

Buy your own candles and meditate. How? Light them and stare into the flame and visualize what you want. Visualize the negative stuff going away. Practice.

One of my best meditation experiences was when I was seeing a Chinese acupunturist. You lie down on the padded table, they insert the needles and leave for 30 minutes. Traditional Chinese music is piped into the rooms. I went 'somewhere else' in one session, and when I came back to myself I felt relaxed and rejuvenated, with new confidence and purpose and the energy to tackle my thorny issues.

I bought some wonderful soy candles a few years ago, but I couldn't find the brand just now with google
Soy wax candles burn cooler and longer than petrolium-based candles. Because they burn cooler the natural fragrances are released into the air faster and the candles last longer.

Virgo & 26T - you are my new best friends. Thanks for your insights.

Here's an update. As mentioned above, she wanted me to come to see her, but I can't. So I called her today, told her I wasn't able to come anytime in the near future. So she said she would explain a little to me about what happened - apparently when she was meditating she felt a 'person' behind her. When she turned around, no one was there. OK, fine, I can believe that.

Then she went into needing objects with certain 'colors' to rid the negativity so the candle will light again. She also 'suggested' that I do this color thing with the second candle I have with her since that is where she felt the 'energy' behind her.

Now the only way to get rid of this energy is that she has to purchase products and do 'whatever' (she wasn't specific), but the spirits will tell her what to buy.

Ok, now make sure you aren't drinking anything. Don't want anyone choking here from laughter ... she said that in order to get the stuff she needed for this 'color' thing, I had to put $1000+ on a gift card at our local mall and send it to her...

Once I heard that ... well, I asked for my money back ... and her tune changed a bit (just a bit), so we'll see...

So, from the bottom of my heart, thank you for your honesty. ...and ... can ya throw me a couple of 'good vibrations' my way for the holidays. Really could use them!

DT, given her track record of believability, what do you think the likelihood of there being a "clear candle that absorbs negative energy and turns black" would be??

I don't know about the "reiki-charging" but these last a long time and the scents are deliciously fabulous!!
