Hello honey

How are you? You've been a little quiet lately. Thought I'd pop by to your corner of the world; have a mini catch up & wish you some Love

Thought I'd post this rather than mail so that everyone can join in too So what's been happening? How's school & work?

Love, K

Hi Sheaa ~

Well I have been really busy with college stuff, work, and I am still trying to recover from the flu. I've been meeting with the college counselor, financial aid, and doing a lot of research so my plan is that I will be going to school full time for the next 4 years to attain my degree.
I had the flu almost 2 weeks ago, but every other day I feel like I am getting sick again, and I am really, really tired, & I haven't been sleeping good. I am 2 weeks behind on my reading for my Music class, however, I did find out I'm getting an "A" in the class last night. I haven't even been able to take Jasmine for walks because I've either been too busy or too tired. (Luckily my Mom has been taking her)

Anyhow thanks for asking ~ ~N.

P.S. Oh, work sucks, but I will switch to "on call" status at the end of January, so I can go to school full time. So I only have 3 months left.

Oh, I'm sorry to hear your not feeling well sweetie Things will come good for you, you'll see. You're taking positive actions with things despite difficulty, so I'm sure you'll persevere - that double Aries sure takes a header for you Congrats on the 'A' in class!! *clapping*

Hey 'on call' at the end of Jan, eh? Not far now, at least you have something to look forward to on the work scene - plus full time school is the best after working for a while! Wish I was back at school now - some of my friends still are and miss them loads, plus still unsure how long I'll hold out at this day job!!

Lots of love to you, Jasmine & mom, keep posting updates!

Thinking of you Nephthys..

Follow your wildest dreams,
wherever they may take you...

Celebrate each moment you're given,
for your time on earth is precious...

Remember to believe in magick,
look and see it all around you...

Let your spirit be a beacon,
lighting the way through darkness...

In the end it's love that matters,
and how your life is truly measured.

I love that poem

Dear Sheaa ~

WooooooooooW Thank you for that nice picture and poem! I love them both, and thanks for spelling out the poem, I was having a hard time making out what it said from the card!

Do you know who wrote that? just curious.

Hey sweets! Just sending a bit o' love your way since I don't see you often

Look, here's the clearest picture I've seen of Isis, Osiris and Nephthys together;

OSIRIS, ISIS and NEPHTHYS

One of the most significant theological images in the tomb of Nefertari concerns the counterchange between the sun God Re and the God of the Dead, Osiris who, in the world of Darkness was considered to be the corpse of Re. Depicted here is the mummified body of Osiris bearing the Ram's head and solar disc of Re. To either side stand the Goddesses Isis and Nephthys in a gesture of embrace. The hieroglyphs explain the legend further thus: "It is Osiris rests in Re; Re it is who rests in Osiris"

Dearest Sheaa ~

Thank you for thinking of me and my little silly girl! How is everything going with you???????
Thank you for the magnificent picture of me, (ha ha just kidding), Isis, and Osiris! In funerals, Isis and Nephthys stand at the head and feet of the deceased and help them ascend into the spirit world!!!
Do you have any museums of Ancient Egyptian relics in England?????? Here, we have the Rosicrucian Egyptian Museum in San Jose. We also had an exhibit in San Fran. about 1 1/2 years ago. Pretty cool.
Guess what?! I have only 4 more days of work!!!! YeeeeeeeeeHaaaaaawwww!!!! I am so happy and excited!!! I finally feel like I can breathe again! WOW! I can see the Light!!!!

Anyhow, take care and keep in touch!

Nephthys! It's been so long since we last spoke. Thought I'd bump up the Nephthys thread

I haven't been able to check my emails for ages now, so sorry I haven't replied so I'm doing it here.

In reply - we do have the British Museum which displays ancient Egyptian historical artifacts. I went last year but long to go again http://www.ancientegypt.co.uk/menu.html
My friend at work just came back from Egypt too and had a fantastic tour. She bought lovely jewellry for not that much too ~ I know I'll go one day!

So what are you & Jasmine up to nowadays? I did a brief catch up in FFA here http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum7/HTML/004856.html

I'm not logged in as much as before, but will see it and reply when I'm on!

Love to you,
Sheaa
