-Moon in Libra or Virgo or Pisces in the 11th House (I don't really know about the Moon, but I want them to have emotions with all those intellectual placements, lol. But at the same time, I don't want them to be too emotional - not because they will be clingy, but because I want them to be focused with what is most important, and that is the enhancement of the intellect. With emotions, they might get caught up in them and lose sight of that, and so it will be difficult to have an intellectual and romantic journey with them)

So constructing the "perfect" mate lol (although perfection doesn't exist).. I'd work backwards from Mercury. I have my heart very set on Scorpio Mercury.. so that leaves me with Libra, Scorpio and Sagittarius Suns. I'd prefer hmmm probably Sagittarius, but I'd be happy with either of these Sun signs.

Because Scorpio Merc people are the only ones who truly seem to get me, without much effort on my part. My Merc is Pisces and we often have an interesting psychic connection. It makes me feel extra happy and comfortable around them.

I'd also prefer this perfect guy to have a Scorpio Venus since my own Venus is fixed and opposite Pluto. Scorpio Venus suits me. We're pretty similar romantically.

Lol, well I have Mercury in Libra, and I would argue about the "not intellectual" part.
I too have Mercury square Neptune, but also square Uranus (8-orb, but I feel it, and Astro.com labels it on default settings (100% orb factor) thus, I count it automatically anyway) quincunx Saturn (btw, Mercury/Saturn aspects does not make someone mentally lazy, but rather disciplined) and sextile Ascendant.

- Scorpio Mercury, trine my Pisces Mercury. Telepathic communication. Preferably retrogade, direct mercuries hardly get me, lol.

- I’d have to choose between Libra/Scorpio/Sag for Sun sign, I’d go with Libra or Scorpio.

- Mars, uhmmm, Leo or Scorpio will do, aspecting my Venus or Mars or Pluto. Maybe even Jupiter, that one’s always fun.

- Aries or Scorpio or Leo or Taurus Moon. Aspecting my Sun or Moon. I don’t mind Moon/Pluto in synastry either.

- ASC ? Taurus, I like Taurus ASCs , Pisces and Cancer are next on the line.

- Saturn in Earth or Water, soft aspects to my Venus would be great.

- Taurus or Cancer or Pisces. Taurus Jupiter in my 7H would be great, sextile my Venus and square Mars for some fun. Wouldn’t mind a Cancer Jupiter in my 8H trine my stellium either, make me rich!! A Pisces Jupiter conjunct my stellium would be hell lotta fun !!!

- Neptune? meh!! nowhere near my Sun, Mercury and Saturn. That said I wouldn’t mind Venus/Neptune and Mars/Neptune in synastry. Sooo, Neptune in Scorpio. I created my ideal guy 5 or 6 years ago. He's a 1982 Scorpio born between Halloween and Nov 8th. Naturally, I strategically picked one whose scorpio Venus sun mercury Jupiter are conjunct my mars pluto. His mars in cap is square my moon and conjunct my Neptune. His Saturn pluto is square my Venus. We have eros conjunct. He's gonna love me like crazy. He just has to show up first haha.

For the other specifics:

Moon: Capricorn (Some stability would be nice.)

Mercury: Gemini, Pisces, Leo (Yes to brilliant and creative minds.)

Venus: Taurus, Virgo (Though I may not be their type, the sensuality of Taurus and the caring nature of Virgo would appeal to me.)

Mars: Aries, Capricorn (Aries mars opp my venus? Hell yeah. Capricorn mars would be a challenge because at around 9-12 degrees it would aspect my NN but again, a grounded and logical personality with inner drive will complement my dreamy and flighty nature.)
