How would things differ if one person had Saturn in the 10th House and the other had Saturn in conjunction with their Midheaven?

I'm speaking from a Saturn in the 10th perspective (though on the cusp of the 11th) but I imagine the theme of the actual public persona or what we strive for is more specifically Saturnian things.

One of my best friends has Saturn right on their MC and they are entirely focused on living life by the book, working hard, putting effort in and learning from the ground up, no matter WHAT.

Versus myself, who has it further in and merely 'in' the 10th house, I am willing to work at those things, but they are not entirely made up of my being or how I want to present myself or live my life.

I think on the MC person would be focused on on getting the reputation and the 10th house person would concentrate on what to do with the reputation. So the MC would be worried about the culmination process.
