Have you tried to tell her all this? I am sorta the same way though I hate attention but I have different friends from different groups because I don't believe in cliquish groups and because of that my friends do clash because some of them are the popular out going dramatic girly shopaholics boy crazy folks like my Sag and Aries best friend and they definately clash with my introverted deep caring sweet dorkish water sign friends, mainly a group of water, earth, and Libra signs.

This causes a lot of trouble for me and my Aries best friend because she doesn't feel loved when Im hanging out with my water sign friends but I told her I love her as much as a sister but I also love all of my friends and she should understand because when she hangs out with her friends, I respect the fact that she's not giving me 110% attention even though were best friends. Sometimes thats just how it goes when hanging out in a group, you just have to learn to have fun for yourself without your best friend.
