Don't have that in synastry, though have the aspect going on right now - Saturn conjunct Sun. As Leo is on the 7th cusp, I can only translate as partner/enemy (7th) gets the job (Capricorn on 12th - 6th from 7th) of his/her dreams. Shame.IP: Logged |

It's not too bad. He's the Saturn, I'm the Sun. We have another exact aspect where I get to be Saturn, so maybe that's why it's not so bad--there's balance.I've only been experiencing it for a few months, but my initial impression is that it is binding like everyone says. It creates attachment at a gut level. On the negative side, it is a little restrictive on my Sun. There are some parts of myself that I've had to reign in like one would expect with a Saturn conj to the Sun. I don't mind because it is a TEACHING aspect...I needed to learn those lessons and he was the one to come along and teach them. I'm also a teacher to him as I am Saturn to his Venus, so it balances. It's hard to assess the affects of one particular aspect because the chart as a whole is responsible for what we feel in a relationship, but that would be my initial impression of that aspect. EDIT: Wanted to add that I might be more comfortable with this energy because I am familiar with it. Saturn is all over my relationships--natally it resides in Libra (where it is exalted) and is in my 7th house along with my Virgo Sun. IP: Logged |

I've experienced Saturn exactly opposite my Sun in synastry and it is an utter pain. Her Saturn, me Sun. Constantly highlighting one anothers insececurities. It's mind game central and ends up very draining. Not sure but i feel the conjunction would be similar but not as bad and 'in your face'.------------------ neutralcruiser@hotmail.co.uk IP: Logged |

I don't like Saturn conjunct my anything in synastry - particularly not my Moon.An old friend of mine had her Saturn conjunct my Sun and I found her judgmental, controlling and manipulative. She could also be rejecting and critical, and she played lots of headgames. But I agree with the poster who said the conjunction can bring a kind of strong attachment. It made me think slightly of being with a very hard-to-please parental figure. IP: Logged |

Interestingly or not, I have Saturn(4th) op Moon (10th) natally & my ex's Sun was conjunct my Saturn ergo his Sun was op my Moon. The way it worked was that I had ambition for myself, it gave me self esteem & happiness to be working. He did not like this & made my working life hell. To this day I shy away from insecure Cancer men. I hope for your sake that these placements are in better houses. IP: Logged |
