Im just curious.... i know myself personally, i get either annoyed and cranky (lasts about 15 mins), or just mad mad (lasts like 5 mins) and i couldnt hold a grudge if my life depended on it haha  ------------------

Mars-Uranus hard aspects: erratic temper, especially when the sense of freedom and individuality is encroached upon. Mercury-Mars hard aspects: volatile temper leads to biting, cutting and sometimes abusive, heated words. Very hurtful but the fires of the temper can die out quickly in the brain depending on the Mercury sign, if it's fixed it will be harder to let it go and the verbal abuse could go on and on... and on... When I envision this one - I have it unfortunately - I picture Mars flaring up and reacting negatively with Mercury's airy nature. Adding air to fire only makes the fire worse. It's sad to picture Mercury being engulfed by the flames of Mars... and when our logic nature is obscured by volatile, hot energy it can be hard to put out the flames.

I have Mars in Gemini in the 12th. Supposedly it's the placement of repressed anger, but I honestly never stop myself from feeling the way I feel. I get mad quickly and sometimes hold onto it too long. I have Mars sextile Mercury, Mars conjunct the ASC (and their both in Gemini which I think only adds to the irritation. Gemini gets annoyed quickly because it's a sign that is constantly observing, thinking, speaking, communicating and it -we- expect others to be on the same level.) You can't read my temper on my face if I'm at work, but if you know me well enough, you'll be able to feel it radiating off me when you walk by. I hate that, but I think it's part of my ASC conj. and also the fact that I'm an Aries. I think the order of the signs measures how well you can "retain" your vibes, or energy. IP: Logged |

I have Mars in Taurus in my 12th house. Usually I only express my anger openly with my family. So over time anger can build up if I don't release it by painting, being physically active, or destroying something.I can hold grudges for years but their not necessarily ones fueled by passionate anger. After a certain amount of time its more about feeling emotionally let down by someone. So I emotionally distance myself from them to the extent that they can be in the same room with me and I can look right through them as if they weren't sitting in a chair right across from me. I have exploded on people before but usually it has to do with a person continuously violating my privacy even after I have told them I am not comfortable. For example, I became friends with this guy who would continuously put myself and a few mutual friends on the spot in class specifically by teasing us about this attractive guy in class who sat right behind us and aside from offering my personal laptop to the professor because his wasn't working in order for us to view this film in class mid-discussion very loudly he says "OMG is that a drawing of Calvin! It looks like Calvin" and then there were over 40 people eyes on me. Followed by us leaving the building and me going off so badly the entire area got quiet. So repressed anger yeah. IP: Logged |

Might explain my somewhat controlled temper with Mars in Capricorn. Cap might make Mars appear subdued, but the emphasis is on "appear." Cap makes Mars very direct in its anger. No need for dramatics, for theatricality. You will know when you've experienced anger from a Cap Mars person. IP: Logged |

I have Mars in Capricorn.When I'm angry, I tend to go cold. I don't throw or break things, though I may swear a bit. Depression and anger go hand in hand for me; when I feel one, I usually feel the other too. IP: Logged |

So... hypothetically, say i angered a cappy mars guy.... (ok not hypthetically lol) well i explained what happened, but he refused to belive me. Then i kinda got mad at him, told him im not the lying type and if he doesnt belive me when i told him the truth, theres nothing i can do to force him, so you know, his problem your just some guy i met on the internet. Oof, my Mom has Leo Mars conjunct Pluto in the 2nd house. She's easily stirred up, and it takes her a long while to calm down once she gets going. And my Sun hits right between her Mars / Pluto, sooooo.....
Suffice it to say I'm a natural at pushing her buttons without even realizing it, just being my arrogant little Leo self!
She was just telling me stories last weekend about her younger days, and losing her temper. Like, seeing red, and losing details, but mostly just remembering eruptions of physical violence, like punching my Dad or grabbing her girl friend by the throat. Yikes!

I can get angry easily, but it goes away so fast that by the time I calm down the people who witnessed it are confused because they assume I'm still angry.I have Leo Sun and Aries Mars in the 3rd/4th H. I get really angry at drivers when I'm biking I'll yell at them and flip them off. IP: Logged |
