These are my conclusions:
ASC in early part of sign say it's too early to tell.
Even without the chart, I assume he's dating. I'm using the 7th house ruler as his significator and Uranus is conjunct Jupiter. I think he's seeing people, but it's just fun -- nothing serious. Is that a fair statement to make based on the chart?

Is the Moon separating from the square with Uranus? Does this mean no? I would take it to mean no, except that the ASC is so young and that means it's too early to tell, things are developing, is that right?

Also, I think it's telling that the Sun and Uranus are not making any aspect right now. Things are strange. He told me he loved me about a month ago. I didn't know how to respond. I could love him, and I'm infatuated with him (or was), but I need more to really know.

I don't know what to make of Pluto next to the moon either.

My feelings are waning anyway, because I've told him what I need and he hasn't stepped up to the plate. I feel like, if he had just taken the time to make phone calls and help me get to know him better (as I asked... and NOT an unreasonable request, IMO), this could have been something by now. I might have been flying back to the States to be with him any day now. But its just at an impasse with him making these grand statements but not backing them up in any practical way. You say you love me, but SHOW ME by your behaviour.

I do not count Uranus, Neptune, or Pluto in horary generally. Traditional rulers tell enough, I've found.
Also, it's showing him as Saturn, but I also count him as Mars since one significator for him doesn't feel enough, and Mars can be used for a male co-significator.

I think you will try to reconnect with him as you perfect a trine to him later...but something still feels off to me. It shows you as separating now but as the moon turns in later degrees you will still catch him in time to make the trine, I think. So this is positive.
It's like he's not doing enough in your own mind for this relationship. He's showing as hesitant and somewhat self-absorbed...and not doing much. He's rx Saturn. But he WILL go direct soon. So my feeling is that you will see more action from him quite soon. It's just that I also get the feeling that you've already made your mind up, and need complete PROOF in order to be convinced. Very true to form for the Cap moon in this horary...but also indecisive as the significator Sun/Gemini.

I don't have much doubt that no matter what happens, when I return to the US in September as planned, he and I will re-connect. I'm going to be in NYC and he lives in Baltimore now. We both lived in the Bay Area last year.

I am indecisive about this! Every day I feel differently.

I just feel that if you were really serious, yo would make more effort. He's really good-looking. Now in his early/mid thirties, he's not so obviously Hollywood gorgeous (which I prefer! he's more ruggedly handsome), but when he was younger, he looked like a soap opera actor.. and I say this because I think he's just accustomed to making NO EFFORT with women. He's just used to clicking his fingers and having them come to him. I think he's really baffled and aghast that he asked me to live with him and I didn't just jump to it.

I also think he's very sensitive and sweet and he gets to be lazy and passive with women because of his looks. I don't think he really knows how to put himself out there.

I find him really frustrating and if it wasn't for this niggling feeling that this could be something really special and if I didn't really believe that he is a really good and kind person with a big heart, I would have written it off months ago.

My significator is Jupiter, correct? Saturn is in the 7th which... I'm not sure if that makes the chart unreadable? The Moon is applying to his significator in a trine, which is Mercury. This is good, right?

House 7 is in a stronger position due to the longer 86 year cycle of Uranus. Having also moved into the very 1st degree of the zodiac, Uranus in Aries is very strong, while showing a focus from the 7th house person to initiate communication (Uranus in 9th of chart/partners 3rd)
