In the context of astrology, does it mean a relationship with potential for marriage (for those that desire marriage), marriages, both, or…?

Yea, I asked because according to an astrologer that was giving me a year forecast they mentioned that a fated, long-term relationship coming up for me that would be beneficial in my life path. One of the transits they mentioned was transit uranus in my 7th house harmoniously aspecting my natal moon in the 5th house.

It was a recorded reading. But it made me wonder, well is this "the one"/may this lead to marriage? What is really meant by a long-term partner in the context of astrology? They mentioned that this may be someone currently in my life and I have a feeling as to who that person is and can totally see a future btw us...I don't have his birth time at the moment, though.

It's subjective as to what is considered "long-term". For me it would be 3yrs or more (at least 5yrs ideally)... but some people consider even 1yr as "long-term".

It does not necessarily mean it will lead to marriage and some marriages I know of were not long-term, haha. I was with my ex for almost 7yrs and we broke up. It was longer than some marriages, I would say.
