There is a lot of sadness (of course) and mourning now, but also a great deal of anger against the "responsibles", who acted irresponsible, ignoring several warnings and imo are absolutely responsible for the departure of these young souls (well I don`t know if there souls were young, but they were).

participants are:
The ones organizing the "Love Parade"
the men governing the city (especially the "Bürgermeister")
the police

What comes up is more than just a scandal, this parade should never have been granted! There were many many warning voices who warned of the possibility of exactly the disaster that happened.

To make this celebration possible they temporarily changed the laws concerning such festivities!

Why?
Because the city wanted and needed the publicity and the money. Well publicity they now are having indeed!

The way the responsibles are acting now is without ANY dignity. One holds the other for responsible without having any answers - the police (of another city of course) is investigating, and I think there will be trials (I hope there will).

The "Bürgermeister" refuses to give up his office though. Why?
Well, if he resigns now, he will not get any money further on - if he is being "fired" in october, he will get his normal money until end of this year and after that will be provided a part of his income further on for the rest of his life.
so I think there are financial reasons for him to not do the only right thing in this situation.

Anyway here is the chart of the moment that is said to signal the beginning of the real masspanick. Between then and 10 minutes later the first death occured.

I think this indicates the great danger there, as well as the fact that it were all young people (most of them between 16 and 25) involved.

A while before the ASC had transited over asteroid HYPRIS symbolizing the arrogance of the people who decided to force the celebration though there were some people trying to stop it even mere MINUTES before the start!

Mercury and Apophis (the most destructive ) conjunct in Leo squaring Hybris and the ASC.
The arrogant thinking they could get through all this was brutally destroyed.
Conjunct Adonis - symbolizing the youth, the people coming there to celebrate youth, life and (sensual) love; so all of this was being pulled into this destructive whirl.

Its so sad, I've been regularly been going to these festivals and music events for years and have always wanted to go to the Love Parade b/cause back in the day (like 10-15yrs ago) it was supposed to be a massive gathering of love, music and positive energy.
