I did not want to hijack the other thread.
You highlighted my comment and I wanted to address that.
My comment was that I tried to skate over life.
I DID.
Astrologically,it is about balancing out Neptune( the planet of rose colored glasses, illusions, distortions, fairy tales) and Pluto(the planet of real, real, real lol) I wanted to have a chance to discuss it with you,only if you felt like it, of course.  Ami ------------------

This is my short answer to this dilemma.
You HAVE to face the bad(or whatever you want to call it), the real, the actual deepest parts of ourselves, the id etc.
(I realize that I am calling "bad" what is most likely---a normal part of human nature.)
Only then, can you manifest the Neptune(beautiful,sweet,loving,innocent parts of ourselves) in a true, real way.
PS I think that the other thing is we must resist the URGE to compare ourselves to others no matter how hard or persistent the urge is. I had it this morning with my Aunt. My Aunt was the Snow White to my mother who was the Wicked Witch ---bleh

I can't talk right now - I'm not well (I thought I was improving, temporarily, but it's getting worse again). I understand what you're saying. Except that for me, I needed a little Neptune to let Pluto do its thing. I needed Mars to 'wake up' and had to deal with a situation in my home, that did just that. (With a heavy uranus transit for me, my Saturn Return, etc.) (I've started to feel depressed, yet again, as well, over things that I cannot change. I wish it would just *stop*.) Hi racole.
