I can tell you what that aspect means to me in the natal and maybe you can get some clues from that.
I have Pluto conjunct the MC and trine the NN.
I feel a sense of "pull" to my NN(goals, place I should go, life direction, ultimate life purpose)
I have a strong belief in God, now. However, prior to this, I always felt "led" and directed.
I could sense a leading of an Unseen Hand in the direction I needed to go, step by step.
Now, I can hear that "Voice",a;most audibly.
It is strong,now.

However,I think that feeling of being propelled to my goals could be Pluto trne NN(exact)
