I had venus oppose moon in my synastry with my ex...and my moon and sun are in the same sign, but not quite a sun and moon oppose his venus. I think he did really love me, but it was a real femine sort of thing..anyone else? obession? maybe when we were kids, we dated in high school too.

My ex the gem the one that I reconnected with during this Venus Rx. His sun conjuncts my venus and his moon trines my venus..

We had AMAZING chemistry back then.. We got along soo well, but yes we were two totally different people, with different values and what not.. I fell for him really hard and really fast.. He did call me for 2 years after we separated, I had to eventually change my number to get him to stop calling. But it was not in a bad way... It was really sweet, but one day he crossed a line, and I changed my number...Not speaking to him since.... Until now during this venus Rx

Obsession is not indicated by a Sun/venus conjunction in the composite. Pluto is usually cited as the culprit there. I would also look at your synastry... Or even just your natal chart.

The sun/venus conjunction and opposition just signifies an easy affection in the relationship. I've had many relationships with this in the composite and the only obessive one had my Pluto as part of a T-square with his Mars and Venus (which he also had natally) in the synastry.
