Anyway... As someone who's Pisces heavy, I've come to realize with time that the devotion, love, and concern I so selflessly (and foolishly) give away to others is usually not reciprocated. I believe that you only come to see your truth about people, in general, when you sacrifice yourself to someone who destroys you in return. This is something that, I feel, is destined to occur to a Pisces. I've experienced this time and time again, so much so, that I do not feel pain with loss. There is one person in this world, my best friend, whom I trust 100%. If I lose her, I know that I will never ever trust a soul again. I think I might actually discard of myself, as there will have been (to me) no hope left in humanity.

I find it hard to trust people because there is absolutely nothing worse than to disassemble yourself into nothingness in servitude and love and compassion for someone who flicks you away with not so much as a shudder. It hurts. It's a pain to which there is absolutely no comparison. How can I allow myself to dissolve beneath your feet, and you merely step over the puddle that has become of me as though it were only another obstruction in your path? Painful... Painful!

I have a hard time trusting, not in the sense of telling people "secrets" or even opening up or anything of that sort. I just don't trust that people will remain devoted. I don't trust that their love is pure or their presence enduring. I don't trust that, if I bear my weary soul to them, that they will take me in. In fact, I think I will be spat out.

I agree with this. I know that my love is unconditional, unrelenting and encompassing, and I also know that even the people I love who are in my life still just don't seem to be able to love me as hard as I love them (obviously we all show love in different ways, but that's how it feels sometimes).

I think pisces tend to idealize things and not in touch with reality. They can also play victim and think of themselves as someone needed to be saved. The reality sometimes is too harsh for them because they can intuit the truth and can feel so much but being the 12th sign, they do not feel like they should claim things for themselves like scorpio or cancer... So they escape reality and in doing so, avoid truly getting to know others and face their pain and pisces natives' own pain.

Don't be silly, plenty of Pisces aren't that way.

Is there something in your chart that would make it hard for you to attract good Pisces?

It's something I wonder about many here who hold one sign or placement above all others as inherently rotten when that's just silly, though aspects in one chart can interact poorly with aspects in the chart of someone else. (Alternately, being burned badly by ONE person could make them seek it out in everyone else who shares it until that's all they see, but it's selective vision rather than an unbiased observation.)
