Welcome! ------------------ "The stars which shone over Babylon and the stable in Bethlehem still shine as brightly over the Empire State Building and your front yard today. They perform their cycles with the same mathematical precision, and they will continue to affect each thing on earth, including man, as long as the earth exists." Linda Goodman IP: Logged |

Welcome to Lindaland ! I'm new here too.Concerning your relationship, can you post the synastry chart? I am no expert but I'll try: - you are gemini, he is aries, basic compatible elements - your Sun is in gemini, so is his Moon and Venus, good for mutual understanding, you reflect his "feminine side"; he probably finds you very attractive and wants to give you his love - your Moon sextile his Sun, good supportive aspect - your Venus in Cancer, so is his Mars, good for physical compatibility, attraction - your Venus square his Sun, attraction, you're both intrigued by each other, love feelings despite some basic differences - your Mars conjunct his Jupiter, good feelings, feeling active when together - his Mars in your 5th house, attraction, romantic feelings - your Sun in his 1st house, he feels at ease around you, likes you - your ascendant conjunct his MC, his ascendant conjunct your IC, very strong links, you feel a familiarity about him, a sense of belonging; he probably admires you and is protective of you (your Moon in his 10th house) - your Saturn trine his Moon and Venus, good for longevity, stabilizing effect - his Saturn square your Mars, he can have a restricting effect on you, but I wouldn't consider it too much since you have it natally I'm no good at composites though. From what I see, there's potential for a good relationship.. although I haven't looked too much into details. Is the relationship satisfying so far?

The aligned angles look nice and are often present in couples with work to do together.I know I’m not being very helpful with your original question but I shall leave the interpretations to those more skilled in synastry, however, if you would care to respond I’m especially curious how transit neptune conjuncting your natal moon has played out for you. It’s been in effect for about the past 18 months and is on its final pass now. ………and welcome to LindaLand.

Thanks for the welcome! Crazy enough, the past 18 months have been emotionally draining, but it seems as if my life is getting back into order!! I went through my grandmothers death, moving, a breakup with my bf (we are back together), health problems, and emotional struggles. But, life is starting to look a little more positive and less emotional!!IP: Logged |

I could, but won't. Instead, hopefully, you can work out how to do the basics yourself.Start from the outside, to inside. Astrology is about using HOUSE RULERS. Modern house rulers. Look at the descriptions of the houses. Memorise them. Then, whatever area of the chart you are interested in, look to see which sign is on that house. That sign should have a planet that 'rules' it. You take the planet a) in your natal (at birth), and b) transiting the sky (where it is now) that rules the house description you require, as a symbol of what you are looking for. An example. You are Aquarius rising. Your 3rd house has Aries on the cusp. Mars is the ruler of Aries. Which means any third house issues, such as communication, is represented by Mars both in your natal and transiting in the sky. Any question, just ask. IP: Logged |
