I am looking for something for a friend. She wanted to know if there are any websites or books that have the mathematical calculations for drawing up a chart by hand without a program or list. How can it be done?

She can do it the old fashioned way
with an Ephemeris and a House of Tables
(you need both books, you also need an Atlas for Long and Lat)
