For example, an Aries learns that all that matters in the end is being ALIVE, and they learn about the integrity and vigor of the Self, and its power to act on its environment.

But what is a life without comfort, without money or shelter, without belongings, without friends or family, or without pleasure?

When the Aries is ready, it will transform into Taurus, and begin to learn about the power of "MINE", of possessions, and of inherent value. It will learn that there is power in allowing the self to be acted on by other forces. Instead of affecting the environment, we learn how to allow the environment to affect us.

29-0 degrees represents full integration of one lesson because it is mastered, and moving on to the next. Because of this, each cusp is unique.
