There are quite a few famous pianists that I can think of who are air signs. Kissin, Arthur Rubinstein, Lang Lang, Mozart, Liszt

I dunno why but I always imagined air signs weren't the nerdy type to be able to sit indoors and practice piano for hours.

Yet, air signs are great with their hands, artistic, and pick up things quickly.

Air signs always seemed too sociable to me to be able to handle that stuff. But then again the piano players i've met who were air signs were awesome at piano and still were extremely social

Come to think of it, the best piano players I've met in person were air signs. One gemini and two others libra. They just seemed so able to pick up piano pieces even by ear. Maybe it has to do with their intelligence, I dunno.... But then again there are quite a few piano players I've met who i never found out their sign, so.

It just surprised me that an air sign could be the nerdy piano-playing type at all

Aquarius is the epitome of hermit nerd.

Anyway, I have too much Sag in me to want to sit down and get good at an instrument. I had an interest in pianos when I was a child, but that gave way to computers/the internet.

SAME!
yes, exactly I am quite the hermit nerd.

I love piano and every once in a while I'll sit down and play the same 30 or so songs that I still know. I find it really calms down my mind to have to concentrate the notes with my brain and the keys with my fingers. I never had the patience to get really good at it though, I hated being forced to practice weekly and I hated following the time signatures, I always just wanted to do it my own way as in how I heard the song in my head.
