(hi, i'm new )I feel a huge connection with this guy I started dating and looking at our Synastry I can see why. But even though we have great aspects we also have really bad ones some astrologers call the "heart-break" aspects. So if we were to have a serious relationship how exactly would it play out? Soulmate: Sun sextile Sun (exact) his Sun opposites my Ascendant (1 deg) his Sun conjuncts my Vertex (3 degs) his Sun is in my 7th house his Moon is in my 1st house his Juno trines my Moon (1 deg) his Juno sextiles my Jupiter (2 degs) his Zeus trines my Hera (1 deg) Heart-break: his Venus squares my Saturn (1 deg) his Saturn inconjuncts my Moon (1 deg) his Saturn squares my Uranus? (2 degs) his Saturn squares my North Node (2 degs) his Saturn conjuncts my South Node (2 degs) -depends on his birthtime- his Moon squares my Uranus (?) ------------------ MoonFish IP: Logged |

"his Saturn squares my North Node (2 degs) his Saturn conjuncts my South Node (2 degs)"You may wanna rethink this one, it can't be both. Saturn/Venus doesn't have to be 'bad', it could point to initial shyness with the end result being a responsibility toward the partner and fidelity. IP: Logged |

Sounds like double heavy, both Saturns tied to the nodal axis. Saturn is the planet of karma. You as Saturn conj his SN shows you may have been a father or a mentor to him in a past life (depending on other aspects). This can point to him relying on you and depending on you for guidance in his life, you may or may not feel burdened by this. His Saturn squaring your NN points to you looking at how he structures his life and you take lessons from it, it may not fit with EXACTLY where you would like to be, but he teaches you alternate ways to tackle responsibilities and to mature as a person. On the negative there can be some criticism back and forth with this one, he may feel unsure being Saturn squaring you NN, that he does not know where he fits in, in your life, there could be an awkwardness attached. These are only 2 aspects in the chart, there are others that may or may not hold more weight, emphasize or de-emphasize these pts.BTW I love the electric attraction here with the Sun opp Asc, and so close. Who was interested in who first, etc. as I like hearing about this aspect? Thanks. IP: Logged |

He definitely liked me first, and to be honest I didn't even notice him until he we started talking. Now I have a really deep connection with him. So far I haven't felt the harsh Saturn aspects yet, but I've been really curious what those Saturn-NN connections meant. ty!

Found this awhile back when digging around the Web. This thread mentions that Sun square Saturn is a pretty tight bond in synastry, and one person mentions finding Sun square Saturn in about 85% of the synastry charts she (or he?) had seen. http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum10/HTML/000809.html

Do you find a fascination with the Sun opp Asc, maybe just from his part, but still? And are the arguments related to this opposition, their differing viewpoints, or not so much of that yet?IP: Logged |

There hasn't been any disagreements yet, but w/ this aspect I feel like I can learn a lot from him. So far I admire who he is & how he presents himself. I already feel somewhat dependent on him, which isn't something I'm comfortable with so early in a relationship but it's kind of instinctual? Nevertheless, i do think this is a fascinating aspect.IP: Logged |

My boyfriend and I pretty much have Saturn aspects on every planet. We do have double whammy Venus sq Saturn... though for the 6 months we've dated, I haven't felt it yet.perhaps you need to wait. We have a lot of bad aspects and they haven't played out yet, to my knowledge. IP: Logged |

it's good to hear someone w/ exprience on this aspect. i'm glad to know it's not a deal-breaker like some sites claim. IP: Logged |

I've been trying to ask people on here, but no luck. We have so much Saturn -- and there are more bad aspects than good. Though I wonder about the double whammy Venus sq Saturn. We both have it in our natal charts. Would you think that is easier to handle since we have it natally? IP: Logged |

How do you feel about Saturn in general? Do you have a lot of Saturn aspects in your own chart? Some are better equipped to handle hard Saturn aspects. IP: Logged |

@feitlebaum - Personally, i think it would make it easier for you both to handle the harsh saturn aspects if you have it natally. As a matter of fact, it might even be "better" because the aspects feel fimilar to you? just my opinion

@amowls** - Saturn isn't too bad in my Natal chart I have Saturn in 11th house, but if we used the whole sign system it would be in the 12th. Not sure which is best. Mercury semi-square Saturn (2 degs) Venus trine Saturn (5 degs) Mars quintile Saturn (1 deg) Pluto quintile Saturn (1 deg)

Oh you are such a sweetie Yea, I post sometimes, sometimes not. I'm also not the best for revisiting all the threads I post on, but sometimes I do (guess I can't stay away from my Mutable Sun, lol). If I'm not posting regularly but you have a question or comment on anything (positive or negative, astro-related or otherwise) please email me at the address on my profile, I check that one regularly and will respond. I made it public for everyone here, and you can email anonymously you don't have to post the username you use here, it doesn't matter. I've had some people email me anonymously on personal topics and I respond and have and will continue to keep the conversations private. Thanks again for the nice comment. IP: Logged |
