Topic: Venus-Mars & Mars-ASC conjunctions

I know this has been discussed so much it's sickening lol, but I keep finding evidence in my own life of this conjunction being very powerful when the Venus is female and the Mars is male. I've never had this sort of thing happen when it's MY mars conjuncting a man's venus...Not all the guys who have been interested in me have had Mars in Scorpio, of course..but every man I've knowh with Mars in Scorpio has been into me on a sexual level. I know 7 men who have this placement and ALL of them have really made it clear to me, over the course of many years, that they want a sexual relationship with me. I have Venus in Scorpio. Even if the conjunction is not close in orb, it still happens! And I also always feel a sexual tension with these guys..not a feeling I get with most others. However, because my ASC in also in Scorpio and Pluto is right on my ASC..I've thought maybe this super attraction is coming from the Mars-ASC conjunction. What do you all think? What are your experiences in romantic/sexual relationships and the Mars-Venus or Mars-ASC conjunctions? IP: Logged |

My dwad Venus is in scorpio exactly conjunct a man's mars (natal) in Scorpio along with other intense aspects. I feel very attracted to him and I think it could be "fireworks" if he could allow himself fell for me... IP: Logged |

I might like a Capricorn Venus guy.. who knows? But for some reason in the trine and sextile.. it's usually the girl's Mars that comes up (in committed relationships and marriage).

Yes! that's exactly the same for me. Every man with a Taurus Mars on my Venus has been strongly sexually attracted. And the sexual attraction is mutual.. but felt differently.
I feel like my attraction is much more sweet/refined.. whereas their attraction has a harsh/brutish vibe (which can become upsetting and annoying) quote:

YES! They make it very clear LOL And they also perform to make sure you notice them. quote:

It still happened with an orb of 4/5 - so I kind of agree.
On the down side.. this never works out long term. I find them extremely annoying and they can become a bully and a half. Venus gets harassed in this relationship.
My Venus is Taurus, but I prefer Scorpio Mars long term (opp my Venus). IP: Logged |

I have Venus-Venus and Venus-Mars conjunctions with my boyfriend... and the sex is awesome. In fact, I knew we were going to have sex the day I initially talked to him. It didn't take long.  IP: Logged |

It wasn’t just me though (In my case this conjunction was in opposition to both of our Plutos). But I’ve also seen it with my mum’s ex and two other couples. As time goes on.. the Mars person becomes more and more self-centered, aggressive, "bull in a china shop"- in behaviour. And the Venus person becomes more and more annoyed at Mars' inability to understand femininity.. and his 'rough' behaviour (which Venus was attracted to in the initial stages). A lot of things can happen here that upset Venus (mainly if Venus is female)... Things like: You buy a beautiful expensive dress for NYE - and before you even get to NYE - as you are trying it on - he "accidentally" rips it off during sex (Not that you were planning to have sex.. but Mars tends to jump on you when you least expect it: FuN in the beginning.. Not so later on). Or - You redecorate your home and move furniture around and make everything look like it's out of a magazine.. and when he gets home he says *nothing*.
When you ask him if he likes the change.. he says "What Change?".. When you point out the change… He says “OH. Why’d you go and do that? I liked the couch over there.. I could put my beers on the side bench and feet up on the stool. And I could watch footie/rugby (– whatever!).. Now the TV is over there.. WHAT did YOU do WOMAN???” All of the classic things you read about in male-female relationships.. all the problems are accentuated, because of this conjunction. In his relationship with the Venus person.. Mars becomes VERY masculine.. and Venus becomes very feminine. It can be sweet.. but it can also be a 'battle of the sexes' situation. In time you may reach that point when 'enough is enough'. Money can be a problem. Venus wants to spend money on beautiful things… Mars wants to spend money on fishing gear. They can passionately argue about it for hours. Venus can compromise, but it takes two to tango, and Mars does not understand the concept of ‘compromising’ on anything. IP: Logged |

Because you also have Venus-Venus.. it probably won't play out this way. I missed it earlier.

Oh wow... that does not sound good!! I'm happy for the Venus-Venus conj.  We have our share of hard aspects, especially with Saturn. Hopefully it won't be as bad as it looks.IP: Logged |

My boyfriend has Venus in Scorpio, too..so we 'get' each other and enjoy many of the same things. It makes us more like really good friends. His Mars is in Libra, though..and his Sun..and I'm a Capricorn..and our Mercuries are squared..but we have the same Moon..lol it's all jacked up. Some day I want to be with a man whose Mars is in Scorpio, especially closely conjunct mine..juuuust to see what it's like IP: Logged |

btw my Mars is in Pisces so i kinda like the ultra masculine Mars to take control...but if he didn't appreciate or respect me long term because of gender roles or something, my overly independent Cap sun and Sag moon would be like ADIOS, A-HOLE!IP: Logged |

I don't agree, it doesn't matter whether its the female with Mars or Venus, there is still a connection there. In my experience I have Aries Mars and any man with Aries Venus is going to be attracted to my Martian energy or even a fellow Aries Mars. IP: Logged |
