My venus squares pluto with anyone between, 3-10 years younger than me(or something), Somewhere too in that time frame, it conjuncts my moon

On top of these, depending where in the 10 years younger, Neptune also conjuncts my mars, AND, uranus squares my venus, andd conjuncts my moon(!!)

With Baby Boomer aged folks, their Pluto opposes my sun (power struggles) with older people.

et, etc...

These interaspects I am always aware of when interacting with others, and I can tune-in and feel the energy play -eg, with GenY, I can often feel them power tripping with me. I also have my eyes open when there is flirting with me of the same generation too, often it is precisely a power trip for them, as their pluto squares my venus, and I know better than to play with that - Pluto always wins!!

Venus square Pluto CAN point to unrequited love BUT the focus is not on the love not being returned and the sadness ensuing (that bit is Saturn). The focus is on the love object and their embodiment of what the Venus/Pluto native desires. There is an intensity of their feelings toward this person and the emotions they hold for them are all consuming and passionate. Saturn wimps out with Venus and blames themselves for not being worthy, not Pluto. Pluto knows that they are worthy and that their love can transform, so there is always an open door for that one that holds the key to the Pluto person experiencing more depth. That's one side.
The other side of Pluto is feeling like the ugly monster in Beauty and the Beast, how could someone love me honestly, how I need to be loved, even if they see the ugly and mean side who can look past that and see the real me?
The answer seems to be more accepting of your deep needs for relating and passion and to stop falling for people who can't give you what you want in that regard.
I can't speak too much about the people who want you where it's not mutual. Every woman encounters that so I personally wouldn't factor that in too much. The deeper issue is "guys who don't like me back." I bet you have indicated in your chart an attraction to people who are practically the opposite of Plutonians, so you will need to find someone who gives you the Pluto bits and the other things that are shown that make your love nature so complex.
