Does anyone else have this Placement? How does it make you? It makes me an aspiring perfectionist, which is tough in an imperfect world, but it also gives me a terrific eye for detail, which is one of my super powers. But when I make a mistake by missing a detail I should have noticed, I am hard on myself for days. I'm experiencing that now. I saw a great Domain that I couldn't believe was still available, so I grabbed the dot com, dot net, and dot org. I closely checked the spelling beforehand, and it looked perfect. Aargh! I had an extra "s" in it! I was so excited that I guess I saw what I wanted to see.

I have a Virgo asc. I do pay attention to detail, but I'm not OCD about it! Maybe I am. I can't really describe it, because I feel it's just so in my nature to look at and apply every detail.

I feel like it makes me boring, though.

I know a guy with this I think it makes him take his time doing everrrything .He also looks very deeply into things but has to much of an ego and takes everything as some threat or some reason to attack and he can verbally be really cruel....

Yeah, I agree with all of this, especially the last statement. It is probably the most boring part of my personality that I have to constantly fight against (God bless having an Aqua moon in that respect) - it really makes my sense of style perfection though, I'll give it that.

i have it and i do not pay very much attention to detail but i ponder and worry over missing it later for days and sometimes years that it was before my eyes all the time and i didn't took enough care. this later part is more harsh.

I'm a Leo Sun/Aquarius Moon...I have Virgo ASC tightly conjunct Venus and Mars, and widely (5 degrees) Mercury. All in Virgo.

I don't know about OCD necessarily but I am very detail oriented. I take notes on everything. I "size" everything up, take mental notes and store random or interesting facts at the back of my mind for later use. My best friend calls me the queen of random information, and is slightly annoyed that I never (Okay, rarely) forget anything.

I also have a tendency to replay conversations or situations in my head over and over again. Sometimes (most of the time..) without any reason. If there's an inconsistency in a story, I will find it..even if it isn't right away.

Verbally abusive..not usually. Tick me off bad enough and I will throw some harsh truths in your face. I can be explosive, but it takes a lot to get me there. Most of the time I'm too lazy to take something that far if I already feel I'm right. I'm the person who responds "Okay, yeah. Mhmm, Okay." when getting yelled at which usually annoys the angry person enough. haha

I have virgo asc along with taurus moon and leo moon. Your description fits me to a tee. The worst part is being hard on yourself. I am usually an awesome proofreader. Luckily the progressed asc libra is giving me a break!

I'm Pisces Sun/Aries Moon with a Virgo ASC. I'm really self-critical and - in fact - still cringe at mistakes I made years ago! Something as small as a typo or bad edit is enough to start that inner voice yelling: "Why can't you be more careful, dumb***?!" I find that there are people who can't understand that when I put something out there with my name on it, it has to be good (perfect, even). I'm not the type to make slap-dash efforts anywhere... unfortunately, that has led to paralysis at times.

That said, I don't treat other people that way - I forgive everything, and constantly reassure people about themselves.

My grandma has virgo rising, and so did an ex-bff. my grandma has leo sun and sag moon and the bff had aqua sun aqua moon. They were both quite ocd and couldnt take criticism. Neither of them were neat, though, lol. I would say the aqua/aqua/virgo had it the worst. She also had aqua mercury. Because it seemed like she couldnt help herself at all. She analyzed everything way too much. She needed more action in her life, and less analysis.

I am a Virgo riser and I like routine to a degree..I like the security in knowing what's coming my way next. I'm very OCD when it comes to the cleanliness of my home and staying organized so much that I won't hire a housekeeper because they always forget something in my eyes lol. Thank goodness for my Gemini sun because it breaks that routiness up a bit. My man and are both Gemini sun with Virgo Asc. It works pretty well!
