My best friend as much as I love and enjoy his company and his thoughts,we have great rapport most of the time, I believe he IS my soulmate not romantically... friendship wise.. we just understand each other perfectly, I don't have to hide from him, expressing myself comes very natural around him, we have great energy. HOW EVER, at first i couldn't let go of the fact of how COLD he can be. Emotionally. Any time we talk about everything else he's there alive and well as soon as something emotional comes up whether id' be talking about it or whatever he just becomes like dead fish or something.

He rarely talks about how he feels.. he attempts at it though. And when he does its an idea. Everything is relative to mental faculties never from the heart. And when he told me how he broke up with his boyfriend I thought to myself, "WOW and people say Im a frigid b*tch? You're an a*s*s" I actually told him this RIGHT AFTER he gave me his birth details everything made perfect sense. He was amazingly cold to his boyfriend, his boyfriend was pouring out his heart and soul and he just damn, he its like he wasn't even human. And he does this thing where he withholds information from me specifically about his feelings good feelings of course. He just isn't comfortable with it at all but he tries, but it comes out rarely. Im a lot more 'emotional' than he is. I've expressed to him we got into a fight where our friendship ended for the summer because I truly felt he did not care about me. He was being very cold towards me, ignoring me just being a terrible friend (I am always there for him always always and sometimes he would just not speak to me for no reason for weeks) and i would have little emotional outbursts pouring my heart out with him and he would ignore me! So I accused him of being a frosty little man with a massive iceberg in his heart and that he lacks empathy and what a terrible friend he was. I said a lot more mean things I won't say on there.. (when we made up, his way of initiating out friendship was for me to look at his birth chart he knows i like astrology) but when we made up, he admitted that everything I said to him really hurt his feelings i thought "Didn't seem like it, seems like you couldn't care less" and he said "well I do care, and you made me angry when you said I lacked empathy, im a very empathetic person." (sometimes i still dont believe it cause he is just not demonstrative about it at all) Here is his chart:

She has a Cancer asc and feels deeply, but just can not express her feelings most of the time.

My Mom has an Aqua Moon and I wouldn't describe her as cold at all (she complains about me being not affectionate enough and I have an Aqua Sun/Libra Moon so the opposite of your friend...
