Are there any signs that are typically shy/nervous, when it comes in initiating personal things such as job interviews, asking someone out etc?

i think theres alot of factors to this other than the sun sign,im an aqua sun ascendant and venus conjunct the ascendant,and moon and mars in the third,so i should be really gregarious,but im really shy,i think my sun in the twelfth conjunct saturn is the cause of that.

Initiating is a persons Mars.

In my opinion, people with Fixed mars placements would be slower to initiate...Taurus,Leo,Scorpio,Aqua. But than again only if there isnt something else to give it a push.

Shyness is something that matters more on your individual aspects so imo cant be generalized.

Me personally, I have always been a shy person. A lot less now than I used to be though. I have three planets in Virgo, the Sun, Jupiter, and Saturn. I also have a late Virgo Ascendant. My Sun and Jupiter are in the 12th house conjunct my ascendant. my Saturn is conjunct my ascendant in the 1st house. I also have the Sun-Saturn conjunction. I have my Moon in Capricorn in the 4th house. I do have Mars in Scorpio in the 2nd house, but it's conjunct my Uranus. I guess if it wasn't for my Venus in Leo in the 11th house conjunct my North Node, I would be even shyer. But I think slowly but surely, I'm growing out of it.
