For myself, I have never understood the concept of talking about venus in terms fidelity because she's more a creature of falling in love, lust, courtship, romance, and even social survival. And this is coming from someone with a Scorpio Venus, but I am not convinced she is the 'maker' of my fidelity.I do have a Taurus Mars - it's caught in a fixed square with Venus and Jupiter. It sextiles Saturn. It's also the ruler of my Moon (in Aries). So I don't know...I think its fixed nature makes me seek out males who are VERY plodding and set in their ways. The more predictable they seem , the more excited I am LOL. And yet also the more I feel good for being loyal..... IP: Logged |

Interesting...I am a Gemini Mars...

I think fidelity can't be determined by just one, they must be used together.My Mars is Gemini but my Venus is Aquarius...
fixed and mutable...
I don't cheat when I am in a relationship...

In terms of loyalty, Mars in Taurus,, Virgo, Cap, maybe Scorpio are more loyal. The others just seem more flighty.IP: Logged |

Once I have my heart set on someone it stays that way for years at a time.. so I don't look elsewhere. If I felt 'out of love' I would end things.If they cheated - I mostly wouldn't care if it was a purely sexual thing & they confessed.. because it's so irrelevant to me.
But if they had a full blown relationship with someone behind my back and there were feelings involved - that would bother me because of the amount of lies. If I can't trust someone, I can no longer be with them. Mars conj Neptune in Capricorn

I think my Capricorn Mars would make me a rather serious and practical individual, and that pretty much slams the lid on thoughts about infidelity. In terms of twisted thoughts, I honestly get a kick of scheming for more material gain than illicit sex. Maybe its just me, and maybe I get more than enough of it, but sex isn't that huge a deal.IP: Logged |

I am very faithful. When I am in a relationship or even just starting to develop feelings for a person, I am so focused on that one person that no one else matters. I am extremely loyal and do expect it in return and I couldn't tolerate cheating because my Mars is in Leo, so I have to be number one lolMars Leo

Agree Lets put things into another pespective : If not for the Gemini Venus, I'll have my heart broken into tatters, cry buckets of water and unable to function whenever my heart is broken. I'm very grateful for my Venus in Gemini, Mars in Libra and Moon in Aquarius. Not that I have no heart but I just am able to get over heartbreak quick. Btw, very faithful Venus in Gemini Girl here. My Mars in Cancer likes to feel protected, so while I can appreciate looking at other men, I don’t look at them lustily if I’m in a relationship. I am flirtier when I’m secure in a relationship, but would recoil in horror if someone took it seriously. I would feel too much guilt to ever cheat and if I’m cheated on, it hurts me to the core. My mars (8th) trines Aquarius Sun in the 4th and squares an Aries Moon in the 5th. IP: Logged |

Dont get me wrong but if you have to keep her away from guys just not to get cheated, wouldnt it be lying to yourself? I mean, pushing her sth that she has not(love to you, loyalty etc) is not real love i guess. If she is prone to cheating, just dumb find another one. If she is loyal, you wont be have to do anything. By the way, a friend is cancer with venus,mars in leo(conjunction) and she is very very loyal.
