For composite and synastry charts is it better to use equal houses or default?

It really depends on the chart. Some charts work better with different methods. I've been studying for about 6 years now, and I prefer default/placidus. Most Astrologers I've met use it as well. I've seen 1 good astrologer I know use Koch...but thats about it.
