What are they like in relationships?
What would a relationship be like w/ a guy who has Sun square Neptune exact in his own chart. In synastry, his Neptune squares his partner's Ascendant also exact?

Father was maybe into drugs and drinking. This could manifest in his life now.

Pain stemming from the father. Father was most likely missing in one's life. A lot of times the insecurities from the childhood forces & pushes them to achieve something usually in career fields of secretive nature like politics, military, etc.

Interesting, and here i thought it dealt with lies and illusions. He did have a hard childhood, not sure what kind of relationship he had with his father though. :[
