(please excuse my English, it is my second language.)

Hi everyone,
here is a new topic that might interest you: astrological significance of twilight zone!

I searched and searched, but could not find any info about the significance of being born in twilight zone, during sunset or sunrise. This would equal having sun conjunct ascendant or descendant.

Ancients seems to have noticed something special and sacred about the time and energy of sunrise and sunset. Some even worshiped them.

What do you think is so special about twilight zone? Sunrise and sunset are special moments of a day. They often paint the sky so beautifully.
As transition points from day to night and night to day, I think they represent non-duality. I believe non-duality is divine and sacred. Perhaps twilight zone also represents unity/balance of masculine and feminine energies.

I have Sun conjunct descendant (0 orb) conjunct Jupiter (also 0 orb - Cazimi!!)

This is such a rare and powerful aspect that I've been searching and searching for its meanings..

I know Carl Jung and Sigman Freud had Sun conjunct descendant as well..

Anyway, I'd love to hear your opinions. Please share with me if you have any info about twilight zone birth!

Sounds highly interesting.

Yes I can see what you mean about the duality being void when born during that time. Although it is on your DSC signifying that you attract those type of people into your life because you seem to lack those traits. So you attract very awesome men.

Unfortunately if you are a human being, you are not without duality it's how we are to learn. But soon that will be over.

I don't think there is anything special or unusual around sunset or sunrise to be honest.

your sun cazimi jupiter is excelent and
Jupiter could give wealth, make you a good barrister or a judge, possibly fame, but you might be awfully pompous on occasions to.

Is conj Desc from 6th or 7th? If within 5' of 7th house cusp, is it said to be more efffective in the next house along goingt anti clockwise..

Sun opposition Ascendant
There is a big tendency for those born under the Sun in opposition to the Ascendant to "find themselves" through other people. Most people with this aspect are in partnership with a close personal friend and/or a close romantic partner most of their lives with few gaps between. Just as Sun conjunct the Ascendant has an Aries flavor, the opposition has a Libra flavor, especially if the Sun is found in the seventh house. These people truly come alive when one-on-one. This makes them good at negotiations, therapy, and other situations where being able to slip into another's shoes is advantageous. Decision-making is enjoyed best when shared with another person. These are people who are the first to call on a close personal friend or the spouse whenever a decision needs to be made--not that they always take that person's advice! However, the back and forth of the exchange helps them to find an answer within. Again, this comes back to seeing themselves through others' perspectives. These are not the types of people who go to movies or restaurants alone (by choice). They simply feel more powerful and happy with someone tagging along. Some are submissive, but most are not. They don't truly give their power away to others. However, they don't readily "own" their power without feedback from others, where the term "others" doesn't refer to people in general, but to an individual. It's not about reputation or saving face (although this is possible if the Sun is also square the Midheaven). http://www.cafeastrology.com/natal/sunascendantaspects.html

I also have this aspect (sun conjunct descendant).

My descendant sign is my boyfriend's ascendant sign.
