I have heard that one should not date the sign that their dark moon is in.

I have it in Sagittarius in the 12th house. So I have tried to avoid both Sags and Pisces people.

Funny this is that I have had bad luck with these two signs.

And I feel very safe loved and taken care of by the Scorpio guy I'm dating.

He has a lot of Scorpio in his chart.

I also have Juno and Valentine in Scorpio so I'm sure that helps too.

I've had several Sag friends and I also dated one which was a positive experience. My best friend in high school was a Sag lol. I've never really struggled with my Sag energy, I think having lilith there just makes it that much more mischievous lol. But really they say lilith can show how you lead yourself and others towards destruction, and I will say my escapist tendencies can be taken too far at times. I'll take any opportunity to travel (literally or figuratively) even if it's just a way of running away from things or circumstances I should be focusing on...

Also my lilith is in 6th house and I usually get along fine with Virgos. Except for my dad who is a Virgo and we had a very rocky relationship when I was growing up, but things are slightly better now... I kind of have a problem staying motivated with routine work at times though lol and strongly dislike working at a job where my every move is being watched and scrutinized and everyone is bending over backwards to keep up appearances and make the boss happy...

Also with Leo Suns I don't feel the tension as much but Leo Moon placements I'm famous for struggling with.

That's interesting. Mine is my 1st house. Historically, I avoid Aries also, but not in the same loaded way I do with Capricorns.

I am attracted to Gemini and Aquarius and generally like them, I am only frustrated by "disappearing" acts they are prone to. Could be due to low air in my own chart. I have had a number of Gemini women act funny towards me. Same with other Leo women but eh, not so much dislike but they would do petty stuff like gossip.
On the other hand, Dark moon and my Osc Lilith are on cusps. How about Cancer and Pisces? It's highly likely I won't date another Cancer again. I have trouble with Pisces born in February too. -_-

Do you feel like you don't relate to your asc in a sort of -not a big deal- way or are you actually averse to it, like out right rejecting it? That's how I feel. I'm curious if this is an effect of having Lilith sharing the rising sign? Or maybe it is more about houses??? Both??

I'm a Libra Sun and for whatever reason I often don't get along well with Taurus women, but especially men. I have a theory I once formulated with another member here that for some reason since I have a lot in my chart that points in the Scorpio direction, Taurus girls or guys remind me of the Venusian side of myself I intensely dislike. I actually do not like being Venusian so I suppose that's why I don't do well with Taurus people. With other Libras it's a bit easier ground especially Libra ASC people.
