How do you feel about natal mars when it's on the cusp? Would the person take on more characteristics of the following sign?

Specifically here dealing with a guy who has mars on the sag/cap cusp.

To me he seems more cap mars, with a tinge of sag.. but his mars is also 12th house so I'm not sure if it's that restraint that I'm sensing or the cap influence.

Would love to hear your opinions

my mars is at 0 degrees gemini and i think im a mixture of mars in taurus and gemini.
