Ok so this I am a Taurus with a Libra rising and a pisces moon.. Why is it that every relationship Im in I find some reason to run or am not 100 % happy and want to roam!? I attract men and cant seem to shake them when I do but I cant find THE one... I was married 12 years and eh not happy so I finally left..

What's your Uranus doing? Aspects to Venus? 7th or 5th house planets. There's a lot to look at to find out the answer to your question. astrologically anyway.

I've dealt with a lot of Venus Aries ppl!

Venus in aries like the chase. It can be difficult for them to stay in relationships because they get bored once the initial excitement fizzles out.
