I just learned going by an approximate birth time a sibling of mine is a Saggie Rising. In addition natal chart shows approximate birth time shows Ascendant is conjunct Pluto in Sagittarius.

How different would the effects be from say a Scorpio Riser conjunct Scorpio in Pluto?

I got to say said sibling is Virgo but is EXTREMELY extroverted and mischeavious. You wouldn't think is a Virgo at all even once you get to know sibling and the only thing Virgonian I observe is sibling's tendency to organize things in strange OCD ways.

Other than that you'd mistaken sibling for Sagittarius (or a fire sign at least) .
