I'd like an opinion on the following question:

If I died and the doctor declared me dead, yet I was revived, would I have a new time of birth or a new natal chart?

Thanks in advance!

Maybe, and there could be afflictions to Sun, Moon, Mercury, Neptune and Saturn in the new chart. It might not be an actual natal chart, just an event chart since resurrection is more like an event rather than entering life for the first time.

Resuscitation would mean you haven't quite ended this life yet - and besides this - birth time is exactly that, time of birth. A near* death experience can be seen in a natal chart to transit when it occurred though. But, this happening makes it an event in that life not a new life.

Time of birth is given when as an infant we are first removed from our mother's womb. I would think being removed twice is rather impossible. The stars at that moment are that chart until we are fully crossed over. When coming back is no longer feasible.

No, the natal chart comes into play at the time of the first breath of any person

The event over birth makes sense. Thanks again.
