Greetings:

First time posting here, I'm new at this, I've only looked at maybe two dozen charts, and I don't really understand what I'm looking at yet, I'm still learning the basics... nonetheless, my 2nd daughter's chart struck me as quite odd... born on Thanksgiving Day (U.S.A.) in 1995, she's now 14.

Side Note: When she was a baby my grandmother, who was on the verge of being diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease, used to look deep into this child's eyes and say "this one is going to grow up to be something special, and I won't be here to see it, I'll be dead." Grandma is actually still alive, at 97, but sadly doesn't know any of us. My Grandmother has 12 grandchildren (4 mine), and she was emphatic that everyone of them is smart, beautiful, etc., etc.... yet "something special" she saved for this child alone... now that I'm looking at my daughter's chart, Sagittarius x7 does seem to me to be "something special." Can anyone here offer any insights? Thank you!

I'm trying to figure out how to cut and paste a chart, gif image, saved from Astrodienst, until then...

Your career serves others. You are not a servant, but a giver - and your work in some way benefits and helps the world around you. Whether in business, politics, science, medicine, or the arts, your cosmic task is to bring order to a chaotic situation. You are good at analyzing and finding answers. Usually, you are far more focused on the work than on seizing the spotlight, but because you are so competent, you always become well-known.

Wow, 7 planets in Sagittarius, ALL personal planets plus ASC in Sagittarius?

And I was thinking I was strong in Sagittarian energy with Sun, Mercury, Mars, Neptune, NN and ASC in that time.

I think it means that the SAgittarian traits may be very strong in her, among them an ever inquiring mind, independent thinking, probably pretty philosophical, though not necessarily the typical church-goer.
Does she have a wide array of friends? Or friends that somehow are "peculiar"? Friends from another background, foreigners maybe or from a total different social background? Much older or much younger?
Sagittarians are pretty open (unless some square aspects to Pluto or Saturn are existent), they view people as individual people, not as examples for a certain social background, even though different upbringing are usually very interesting for Sags.
They always need to broaden their horizon, learn about new things.

In my case I have never been a physical adventurer, but my adventures happened inside my mind and my own inner circle.

BTW the conjunctions of Pluto to Sun and MErcury, could modificate the picture a bit, as well as the Saturn-square to Moon.
Makes her more intense, probing and with more need for security than the usual Sag.
Saturn-Moon can often be a sign of depressive moods, born from feelings of insecurity and to be not good enough (in whatever), to not suffice.
But I think supportive parents can channel that thinking by giving full support and acceptance towards her emotional nature.
And MoonSaturn-people are really good in working hard and concentrated on a goal, if they feel secure enough.

The Saturn square may be a tad wide though.

It is 4 degrees I think. I know that some people use orbs of up to 10 degrees for the Moon. I don´t.
Since I am also using asteroids, I like my orbs pretty narrow.
Well, the other reason is that if an aspect is within 2-3 degrees I am very CERTAIN that it will show its effect, after that it might get watered down a bit, more easily modified.
But with 4 degrees I think it is still pretty much in effect.

I actually knew of the 1995 Sagittarius conjunction for some time before writing this, though I had never examined it as I had the "Great Sagittarius Conjunction" of 1899, which I examined on my blog at "http://jpbenney.blogspot.com.au/2009/09/how-great-sagittarius-conjunction.html" and "http://jpbenney.blogspot.com.au/2009/09/forgotten-undiscussed-1899-great.html".

The 1899 conjunction, which peaked on the first two days of December, did not have Jupiter in Sagittarius, but did have Saturn, Uranus, Ceres and third-largest asteroid Pallas all playing a major part. However, in a sense the 1995 conjunction was more intense since the period of all the major planets in Sagittarius was ended by Venus entering Capricorn with the Moon still in Sagittarius, after only 13 hours and 50 minutes with the complete stellium. However, the 1899 stellium did have a longer period with all participating bodies apart from the Moon in Sagittarius – eight days as against five.

I have never a complete chart for any other birth during the 1995 Sagittarius conjunction - it must be difficult because of the bluntness, irresponsibility and carelessness for which the sign is notorious.

Thank you! Nearly 5 years after my original post - I got an email notification, which is
great, and I remembered the password for this site, which is unbelievable, lol
- - I didn't realize there was a special, unique, event, the 1995 Sagittarius conjunction, which plays into my daughter's birth chart. She's now 19, graduated from high school and is now taking a year off from formal education (I hope just a year) to pursue her artistry - which is Spoken Word Poetry and Acting. She is a force to be reckoned with, that's for sure! Unique and talented, her own person all the way!

Here is her bio from a spoken word poetry event she headlined last summer..

"--- is a literary and performance artist, emphasizing in theater and poetry. She is an 18-year-old who lives --- and indulges in the idea of equity and justice-- especially for women of color. A recent graduate of --- High School, [she] dreams intensely (with action) that equity for all will be more prevalent in our time, but is also all too aware of the fact that this work will never be finished. In life, she is inclined to emphasize caffeinated beverages, community, and other people’s winter sweaters, she hopes to bring all injustice to light one cup of coffee, one poem and one conversation at a time.

This below quote, copied from the first reply in this thread, is her all the way!

"Your career serves others. You are not a servant, but a giver - and your work in some way benefits and helps the world around you. Whether in business, politics, science, medicine, or the arts, your cosmic task is to bring order to a chaotic situation. You are good at analyzing and finding answers. salute!!!

I have Sun,Jupiter,Uranus,Neptune,South Node in Sagittarius and that chart is ...

I think 7* Sagittarius may have a problem compartmentalizing. And I think that that is necessary for success.

Be gentle with this one. We most certainly expect great things
