The Olympians were not around before the creation of the universe, that's for sure.

Ares: I think Scorpio sun and Capricorn Moon. Arians tend to be popular, yet humans and gods feared him and hated him. He used human skin for upholstery..

Aphrodite: Pisces Sun and Gemini Moon with a heap of Aquarius placements.
Aphrodite was quite clever/witty and a lot of her escapades seemed Pisces in nature.
Eros: Gemini Sun and Pisces or libra Moon.
Athena: Capricorn sun and Libra moon.
Hera: Taurus sun and Leo or Scorpio Moon.
Zeus Leo or aries sun and Aquarius moon.
