Have you ever been in a relationship that was strongly influenced by one of these planets? I understand every person is different and every person has different limits. Some find comfort in Saturnine relationships, others are suffocated by them.

Which type of relationship are you most likely to assimilate and which one are you most likely to run far away from?

This is how I understand them (at their worst):
Mars – animalistic, turbulent, violent, tense, aggressive
Saturn – heavy, monotonous, censoring, restricting, dampening
Uranus – short-lived, shocking, changeable, nervous, erratic
Neptune – delusional, deceitful, disappointing, depressive, unrealistic
Pluto – obsessive, draining, torrid, irrational, vindictive

Most dysfunctional relationships are usually a combination between two or more.

Please share your experiences because I’m tired of my threads dying so young. I will shove this one down your throat.

Saturn in relationships can be very gloomy.
Although I'm very Saturnian myself, and am often attracted to Saturn in others and in synastry, it usually becomes very.. "negative" over time.

I don't mind Mars so much, unless it's heavily afflicted in the composite chart.

Uranus.. now that one can be attractive but you can usually tell it's not gonna last or be very serious.
Especially if your own Uranus is weak.

Neptune is very attractive, but can be very confusing.
It lures you in and before you know what's going on, you're trapped in an illusion.
It's beautiful while it lasts, but often leaves you dry, eventually.

Now, Pluto.
That one is wicked, cause there are usually a lot of mind games involved.
It's like the people involved want to hurt each other, to have the upper hand no matter what.
It's actually very interesting to observe.
It can get addictive and obsessive, even slightly psychotic.
Pluto changes you, for better or for worse.

Of course these planets are present in most relationships, and not all of them are doomed or dysfunctional, but it takes a lot of honesty, integrity and bravery to deal with the hard aspects and make the best out of them.

Mars, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto...they're in order too! Least damaging to most damaging!

LOL!

Okay well I experienced a Plutonic relationship two-ish years ago..had all the themes! Depths, rage, obsession...I fell kinda hard, but he was obsessed to the point of threats towards the end. His Sun and my AC were at the same degrees, and both squared each other's Pluto.

As for my experiences I can only give two stories.

The first relationship was very Saturn influenced, there was some Pluto and Mars as well but Saturn was supreme overlord. I was Saturn-influenced, he was Mars-influenced. Despite our arguments and not so occasional repulsion of each other it felt safe and steady. True – there was great frustration but I liked the security. Pluto reared its ugly head when it was over.

However the second one… it was Uranus/Neptune influenced. And I couldn’t bare it. It was much more fun and happy than the first one but it was so… bizarre, confusing and especially nervous. I was going through some anxiety problems back then the effect it had on me was awful. It was like mental electricity. I ended it as soon as possible.

tl;dr version – personally I would take Saturn, Mars and Pluto before Uranus and Neptune

Yes but I don't think it does that much harm. In fact I'm on the edge about Mars too. It seems to me that they don't act up (that badly) unless they're rubbed by the outer planets. Sun and Mars are much more personal while the outers tend to dominate with their energy. At least that's how I feel it.

Yes it does..
Planets that combust are pretty much engulfed by the sun.
Those planets do not operate individually anymore...
It's all ego driven, they become extra fuel for the sun.

So yeah the sun can be pretty scary.

Only with hard aspects from Saturn or Mars.
Seriously, those gass guzzler planets don't hold a candle to a hard aspect of Merc-Mars.

I can't even talk to this fool :-/
