Topic: To All the Capricorn Midheavens!

I'm a Cap MC, and through my research on the Capricorn Midheaven, I've started to become annoyed.Nearly everywhere I look, I find descriptions of Capricorn Midheavens that say "You would do well in a career in business." Unfortunately, "business" is basically the vaguest career ever. "Management" too. So I'm interested in what my fellow Cap MCs have to say about this. What are your goals with your Cap MC? What is your ideal career? What career are you involved in or preparing for? Do you find the typical advice to Capricorn MCs helpful? IP: Logged |

I have a late Cap MC at 27 degrees it is conjunct my Neptune in Cap which is 25 degrees.
It is loosely conjunct my uranus in in Aqua at 1 degree.My mercury is in cap at 19 degrees.
Saturn is in Pisces conjunct venus in my 11th house. I really realllly would love to do something in Psychology. Something about it just draws me in. Knowing about the mind and fixing others mental problems just stands out for me. Vesta is a good indication for career work. I have it in Scorpio in my 7th house. I also have pluto conjunct Ceres there as well.
that shows that I will have the potential in psychiatric help. With the instance of Pluto there, I could psychologically help someone with a history of sexual abuse. Soo... basically I would love to help people's mental state.
Oh I forget to mention!
I have north node conjunct Chiron in the 6th house, which though loosely square my MC.
NN in the 6th house means I will deal with health.
So who knows for now.
By the time this year hopefully I am packing up for college. IP: Logged |

I'm cap mc as well, and I always thought that MC indicated how you want others to perceive you. In this sense, it's very true that I like when people see me as confident and ambitious career wise. I want to have a high status job, wear suits, and drive a nice car to impress people so they think i'm capable in corporate situations. This could have to do with Aries rising = independence, action oriented etc etc IP: Logged |

the location of the 10th house ruler is very important.

Don't worry, I know! =) Saturn is in Pisces in the 11th house.

Oh, good luck! Psychology is very fun and very interesting. I have a Pluto/Jupiter/Mercury conjunction and a Venus/DSC conjunction in Scorpio and my Sun in the 8th house, so I've always enjoyed psychology. I'm curious though: Could you explain a bit more about why you consider Vesta an indicator? quote:

Hmm, I suppose I can see that. I'm a Taurus ASC, so I'm a bit more shy and not quite as flashy! I think I mostly want to be seen as competent and worthy of respect. IP: Logged |

It may not be for anyone, or show up for anyone but I feel like whatever sign or house vesta is in it influences us to achieve something.
For Vesta in Scorpio, they it plays out for me is that I want to uncover the deepest meanings of things. Vesta is the high priestess, the protector of the flame. The way I take that in is that Vesta is what someone could be passionate about.
Someone who loves their religion will protect their god and thrive for exaltation in the type of religion they are in.
