If Someone has Jupiter in their 8th house which aspects someone else's sun does that mean the sun person affects them in a 8th house way ?

How are you supposed to interpret this ?

I think you should also look at the house Jupiter rules - what cusp contains the sign of Sag? That'll give additional info on how your Sun aspecting their Jupiter will affect them.
