I have bml conjunct dsc, and I love her on my angles.I think she teaches you to empower yourself. I kinda think of lilith as my spirit mother. Maybe she's trying to teach you that your possessions don't own you. I attract monsters in my life, I think she's trying to teach me how to empower myself in relationships and to resist seduction and be in control of my heart. I've know how to deal with people and I'm a lot more fearless than I use to be, and constantly becoming more powerful. I'm still learning and yes it is exhausting. IP: Logged |

I agree with you! I have my BML in the 12th and the other day I read an article about it, my jaw dropped! It explained so many things that my other placements didn't. Made so much sense.

From what I understand from IQ, he looks to asteroids etc as really only very significant when they touch personal parts of the chart. That would be the angles or personal planets. I kind of feel this way too and don't really pay too much attention to an asteroid in a house. It does give info as does every single thing in the chart. However, out pivotal issues are the personal points and what touches them. That is one man's opinion. ------------------ Passion, Lust, Desire. Check out my journal http://www.mychristianpsychic.com/

Mhm, I agree with you Ami.But I think Black Moon Lilith (which is not an asteroid but a calculated point) holds significance in every chart, even if it doesn't aspect anything - that's the case with me. Not sure what Lilith the OP talked about, there are so many of them.. http://secretsofthenight-mxtodis123.blogspot.fr/2011/11/three-faces-of-lilithin-astrology.html quote: Astrologically, there are three Liliths which include the Asteroid Lilith, found orbiting in the asteroid belt between Mars and Jupiter; the controversial Dark Moon Lilith that is said to be the Earth's second Moon by those who have claimed to see it over the last four centuries; and Black Moon Lilith, an abstract, geometrical point in space. Together they work as a Triple Moon Goddess, which describes a process of transformation. All three Liliths are interconnected in their meanings--all three names appear valid as they all seem to describe the same thing. All have similar meanings drawn from the myths of Lilith.Only Asteroid Lilith is an actual physical body. Its placement in one's chart appears to represent demonized aspects of the feminine, the result of long-standing cultural projections that perceive feminine roles and attributes as shameful, untrustworthy, and dangerous. Here Lilith indicates where our specific core feminine wound originated and how it was experienced. It signifies repressed elements, often relating to sexuality, anger, and assertion, that require full, embodied expression. The placement of Lilith as asteroid shows us where we struggle with social judgments that define how the feminine qualities should be expressed so that we may 'fit in'. The asteroid Lilith also has to do with all aspects of difficult sexual relationship. Some say there is a second moon circling Earth, a mysterious dark moon which has been reported for centuries. This Dark Moon, also called the Waldemath Black Moon, is supposedly a second satellite of the Earth, one that is rarely seen because it reflects no light and can only be sighted on the few rare dates when the sky is dark. So, although people have claimed to have seen this Moon, those claims cannot be substantiated. In astrology, the Dark Moon Lilith is representative of the darker side of our nature, the negative side those negative traits of guilt, shame, hatred, and vengefulness, often brought about by personal wounds and hurts. It is the hidden depths that we know exist yet we prefer not to acknowledge. The Black Moon Lilith is different to the Dark Moon Lilith. Black Moon Lilith is not a physical object, it is a point of alignment similar to the Ascendant or the Nodes. The Moon's path around the Earth is elliptical, rather than circular; the Black Moon is described as the place where it is farthest from Earth. The Black Moon Lilith focuses on the hidden areas of the psyche, possibly areas you refuse to see, the dark or unconscious side of your personality; it represents primal and emotional connections to your shadow side. The true or osculating Lilith is new on the astrological scene and I am not very familiar with it. This Lilith uses the real orbit of the Black Moon, another theoretical point. Some people believe that this is the most important Lilith and most accurately portrays Lilith’s uncontrollable nature. To find your Liliths: Go to astro.com and scroll to the bottom of the page. Copy and paste these numbers into the empty box on the bottom left side of the screen: 1181, h13, h21, h58 Press “Click here to show the chart.” Asteroid Lilith: 1181 Osculating Lilith/ True Lilith: h13 Black Moon Lilith/ Mean Lilith: h21 Dark Moon Lilith/ Waldemath Black Moon: h58

Lilith is practically the only thing in my chart that hasn't any aspects. When I checked these: Black Moon Lilith/ Mean Lilith: h21 it hasn't any aspects, either. It is close to asteroid Lilith. It's close to the MC, not enough to conjunct, five degrees separates. Dark Moon Lilith/ Waldemath Black Moon: h58 - has trines and square, is in ninth house. Osculating Lilith/ True Lilith: h13 is conjunct asteroid Lilith. IP: Logged |

Doux, Also I don't agree with that thing about men having problems with women because of lilith. I don't define astrology in terms of gender. However I think lilith has a problem with men who think they are better than women LMFAO. In that case she will kick your ass. I actually rarely attract toxic women in my life. IP: Logged |

Do you mean natally, or in synastry, Kero dear? And what exactly do you think the problem with women would be, with Lilith? The 'super intimidating femme fatale'?

No like negative relationships with women, or opinions etc. Well a femme fatal usually does bite the head of men so... I mean I like them but I would probably not want to fall in love with one. I'd rather be the femme fatal, seems more fun to me. IP: Logged |

It's all fine, no worries. Sometimes my posts refuse to appear! So I have to go back and click on "Submit Reply" again. Kero,
Oh so you mean that not all men who have a prominent BML natally are sexist / have negative opinions on women? Lol being a femme fatale must be so awesome. You walk down the street and everyone's turning their heads to look at you cause you're so badass and have that raw, powerful energy!

Maybe guys who may be naturally sexist have this problem with lilith. I don't have a problem with dominating women, I think it can be fun. Even thou Im a male I relate to this, quote: Lilith in Sagittarius has an independence fetish, to put it mildly. How powerful she feels is directly parallel with the amount of autonomy she currently holds, and this has a strong influence on her sexuality. A "powerless" Lilith in Sag native will hold her sexuality closely to herself, and any partner who attempts to control her will soon find him/herself replaced. There is no middle ground for Lilith in Sagittarius where her personal power is concerned. If you can accept and embrace her free spirit, she stays. If you try to suffocate it, she goes
quote: When Lilith is conjunct the descendant, natives will find themselves unreasonably attracted to dark, secretive and rebellious types, regardless of the trouble they cause. She draws partners to her who desire relationships with strongly Lilithian women- women who are confident, authoritarian, and fiercely autonomous. This is because natives are driven to use the arena of partnership to explore Lilith's power, and only a mate who can keep up with her, as her equal, will do if this is to take place. At the heart of her, Lilith on the Descendant wishes to find a partner who will somehow, through his/her very being, cause her to desire deep, willing intimate surrender. This is a complex dance, however, when the Descendant Lilith falls on is in Sagittarius, as the native will insist that it happen naturally and without prompting. Any partner attempting to force this surrender, or coax her to it in any deliberate way, will soon find him/herself alone.
