i see a venus/ mars loose orb.

i see that so i tried using midpoints and she has mars on neptune conjunct venus. so still not applicable?

Venus conjunct neptune 8 degrees is way too wide. If anything it would be subtle or unnoticeable.
Her chart ruler Mercury conjuncts Venus, this probably attributes to her beauty.
